What we did for Castles.
The first thing we did was to automate their reception. We added a system that would read incoming emails from the portals, take the necessary information and send it to an online spreadsheet so the agents at Castles only had to look at this sheet from where ever they were to see all the inquiry coming in about their individual listings. They would see the inquiry, get back to the client and leave notes on how to proceed. All details on this sheet would then be used to organise email campaigns into local areas to keep that client in the loop during their buying process.
